This role will provide crucial support to our lead designer and aid in supporting the sales and production team.
The ideal individual will excel in multitasking, be able to work independently, and be a self starter.
While this role is currently part time, there is a possibility that it could become a full time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist head designer in daily tasks - Prepare job books and selection sheets - Order procurement - Material selection collaboration with head designer/homeowner - Bid/Quote/Ordering/follow ups - Prepare detailed project information for the production team - Gather and specify materials - Research designs/materials Position Requirements:
- Previous Experience in the construction industry - Ability to Prioritize and Multitask Effectively - Strong Organizational Skills with Keen Attention to Detail - Proficiency in Office Suite products (especially One Drive and Excel) - Exprerience with Builder Trend - a plus but not required Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
