ABOUT THE COMPANY FOR THE PROJECT TAX SENIOR Our client is a local CPA firm and they are looking for a Project Tax Senior Will be working closely with team members and clients Great position where you will be considered a valuable member of team Established organization with awesome local ties This is a long-term project through April 2024 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT TAX SENIOR The Project Tax Senior will review 1099s and W-2s for accuracy The Project Tax Senior will review prepared 1040, 1099, & W-2 tax forms Complete complex tax filings, such as for Partnerships and S-Corps Properly report capital gains and allocate funds to local entities & school districts Compile and accurately work with K-1 forms, broker statements, and other documents The Project Tax Senior will be responsible for professional communication with clients, as needed EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PROJECT TAX SENIOR:
Must have experience with 1040s, 1099s, W-2s, Partnership & S-Corp tax filings Must have experience with Ohio cities and school districts Professional communication skills, written and oral, are essential for this position Experience with C-Corps and Trusts are a plus, but not required #INAPR2024 Recommended Skills Professional Communication Irs Tax Forms Tax Management Partnerships Capital Gains Apply to this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
